When we look out at the World, what exactly do we see?
Remember days when nothing seemed to go according to plans no matter how hard you tried to make it do so? A day when the energy of Life just seemed to drain away from you the longer you worked?
Because we’ve all had these kinds of days, perhaps now would be a good time to ask ourselves “just what is going on here”? Can we somehow bring an element of control to this “energy factor” known as “Chi”?
Step One: Recognize Energies Out There Affect Us.
An “off day”, can be easily explained as our receiving invisible negative energies from other people, places or material objects in our surroundings and allowing them to transform our mood and even our physical bodies. Most of this is automatic as we seldom react to prevent it from happening until it’s too late.
We’re wound in an energy web of Life called “Chi” by the East and it can be found in other People, Places and the Plant and Animal Kingdom as well. These very energies can work on our behalf or against us depending on which “flavor” of Chi we’re exposed to, Positive or Negative.
When I write of Negative Energies, I’m describing those energies that have the ability to impede our progress, dreams and goals. These are the very negative energies that cause our “off days″, bad feelings and depression-like moods.
Positive energies are those that enhance, energize, encourage us to accomplish, produce, become creative and feel good about our Lives.
Now the truth of Life is that we absolutely need as much of Positive energy or Life Chi Force as we can possibly get so we’re able to perform at our best level. If negative energies have the exact opposite effect on us, then, we should learn all we can about how to “accentuate the positives and eliminate the negatives″ in our lives.
Step Two: Focus On The Positive Energy Sources Only.
The Quality Of Your Energy Will Control Your Life.
Here’s the really good news we can shift our personal Energy fields quickly from negative to positive. It only requires a few tricks to make this shift start to take place.
If you can hold a “good” thought (pick a virtue like Bravery, Love, Service, Gratitude or another one) for more than 3 minutes without focusing on your previous mood or thought, you will have broken the back of the negative energy that had you in it’s grip and replaced it with a new, strong positive energy. That new energy will propel you forward to greater happiness and productivity for the rest of your day & evening.
One Positive Thought held for a time, displaces all others and their negative effects. What a Treasure of a Tool! Your entire physical brain chemistry is altered by your thoughts and good thoughts yield “good” chemicals that make us feel good about ourselves all day long.
Sustained positive thoughts will allow some time for those valuable “good” brain chemicals to be created and distributed throughout your body. The longer you give them and the more you make of them by thinking more and more positive thoughts, then, the greater the physical, emotional and mental well-being you’ll experience.
Additional means of creating and maintaining a positive energy and mood shift can be enjoyed by using great music, great art, meditation and guarding our language to focus on positive uplifting speech.
As long as we have the right set of tools at our command to use for this purpose of energy shifting, we can always offset the influences of outside negative forces and rise above them to continue the pursuit of our goals and dreams. Step Three: It Most Useful To Hold Your Positive Thoughts As Long As Possible.
Hold those good thoughts as long as possible. The longer you hold them, the better and stronger your positive mood shift will become. It’s simple chemistry really. The whole limitation however is that there are only so many hours in the day and we can only stay awake and conscious of our thoughts for a fraction of them.
Frankly, there are alternate ways to solve this time commitment challenge that are freeing and release us from the burden of having to focus on generating these energies for ourselves. These other innovative techniques will actually generate positive energies for us and sustain that energy 24 hours a day, week after week without any attention from us.
Be aggressive in seeking out these new techniques and put them to use to further your needs and desires, always keeping in mind that you want to control the process. Look for teachers and products that will allow this.
